Conference registration includes a few categories of participants:
- Regular Participant (Speaker) – participation with a conference presentation (oral or poster),
- Invited Speaker
- Student Participant- student participationwith a conference presentation (oral or poster),
- Participant – participation without a conference presentation
- Accompanying Person
The participant who wants to submit an abstract has to register through the registration system and upload the abstract. Information about abstract acceptance will be sent until 14 days. After abstract acceptance, the pro form invoice will be prepared (conference fee accordant with the date of registration) and sent to the participant by e-mail. The deadline for abstract submission is 15th September.

*The fee doesn’t include the cost of accommodation. The fee includes 23% VAT.
